Posted by Marc Egan, NSBA Staff, at 5:46 PM | Educational Sessions & Workshops | Comments (0) | TrackBack (0)

Find out what Congress is and is not doing for public schools at a Saturday morning session from NSBA's Advocacy Team. Get the latest on the federal budget and what it means for public schools in your community. Also hear about NSBA's legislation to improve the No Child Left Behind Act, the latest on the E-Rate program, school vouchers and more. You'll also learn about easy-to-use online tools to communicate with your members of Congress and advocate for the kids in your schools.

The session runs from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Lakeside Center at McCormick Place, Room E351.
