Man with a plan: The 65 percent "solution"

Earlier this summer BoardBuzz told you about the dubious 65 percent plan being touted (and funded) in several states nationwide by the president and chairman of Utah-based internet venture Overstock.com. With Arizona voters about to be petitioned to make the plan a 2006 ballot initiative, an Arizona Daily Star editorial exposes the flaws in this not-so-great, next great thing.
