A creeping issue

Big national story out of California's Chula Vista schools: Fat, hungry, black widow spiders have invaded 18 campuses. So far, no children have reported being bitten. The issue is being confronted in Canada as well, as some Ontario schools there are stepping up inspections for a variety of pests after more than a dozen cases of students being bitten by spiders.
