STATES: Schwarzenegger taps former CSBA president for state BOE

California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has appointed Jeannine Martineau, the immediate past president of the California School Boards Association to the California Board of Education, reports the Los Angeles Times. Martineau currently sits on the Lake Elsinore Unified School District school board.
