Speaking of input ...

The Department of Education's Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services is seeking public comment on the upcoming draft of regulations for the newly amended Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). This summer, the department will host a series of public hearings on the new law: June 6 in San Antonio, Texas; June 17, Nashville, Tenn.; June 22, Sacramento, Calif.; June 24, Las Vegas, Nev.; June 27, New York City; June 29, Chicago; and July 12, Washington, D.C.
